This page provides guidance for common tasks within the Patient Dashboard. If you’re new, start from the basic features below.


Basic Features

1. Viewing Your Prescriptions

- Navigate to Prescription → My Prescriptions
- Here you can view all past and current prescriptions issued by your doctor.
- Each prescription includes date, medicines, dosage, and doctor details.

2. Viewing QR Code for Pharmacy

- Open any prescription.
- Click the View QR button to display the prescription QR code.
- This QR code is scanned by pharmacists to verify your prescription.

3. Updating Your Profile

- Go to Profile → Edit Profile.
- You can update your name, address, phone number, or other personal information.

4. Downloading or Printing Your Prescription

- Inside any prescription page, you will see a Download or Print option.
- Use these if you want a physical copy for personal records.


Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Q1: What should I do if my prescription is not visible?

First, refresh the page. If it still does not appear, contact your doctor or support team.

Why is my QR code not scanning at the pharmacy?

Make sure your screen brightness is high and the QR code is fully visible. If the issue continues, the pharmacy can manually verify using your Prescription ID.

Q3: Can I delete a prescription?

No. Prescriptions are medical records and cannot be deleted by patients.
